Ben Mayoff son of Libby and Sam Mayoff, passed away August 27, 1999 in Southern California at the age of 82. His wife Ruth died in 1993. He is survived by his (step) children, Fred Gray and Sheila O’Krakel, and numerous grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Jack Mayoff of Sunrise, Florida and Stanley Mayoff of Montreal, Quebec and many nieces and nephews. Through the generosity of Ben, numerous Mayoff’s were sponsored for immigration to the United States including Mayoff genealogist, Art Mayoff.
