Dennis Mayoff (Abr) of Chicago, IL, born March 10, 1944, passed away in March 2009 of kidney failure. Dennis was the husband of the late Linda Mayoff who passed away in August 2007. Dennis was the only child of Sam and Bonita Mayoff and had no children.
