Yelena won a contest in Russia that allowed her to attend the North Texas Mayoff Day celebration. (It allowed her to do some other things related to business too, but we know that the important thing is the Mayoff Day celebration.)
Left to right: Trudy Wiseman, Denise Mayoff, Bernie Mayoff, Doug Frazier, Jack Byno, Dorrie Byno, Lisa Escaloni. Back and profile seated: Sue and Barry Slotnick. The crowd couldn't wait, so at midnight in Toronto and the rest of the Eastern Time Zone, the 2003 Mayoff Day song was sung in Texas.

This picture shows an official Mayoff Day goblet, with the ancient Mayoff Seal emblazoned upon it, in Ron's hand. Covering all bases, on the mantle and overlooking the celebration are a figure of a rabbi and three obsidian carvings of Teotihuacan Mesoamerican idols.
According to the official United States time, accurate within 0.000 0001 seconds, it is 17 seconds before May off!!!!!!!!!!! Celebratory blowers are being distributed to the assembled throng.

At the stroke of midnight good wishes were exchanged and the celebrants and hosts discovered that the noise-maker blowers were bereft of noise.

In total disbelief, Bob is still hoping to make his blower whistle.
