Time to gather again at the Mayoffs,
As each year, we all do, meeting here.
For it’s now Mayoff Day, time to gather,
And to raise cups for all gathered near.
For Denise and her dear husband, Bernie,
And the kids, and the grandkids now too,
Have all gathered here, waiting to greet us,
Anxious to our acquaintance renew.
Time to toast friends we’ve known, all in common;
All the people we’ve met through the years;
All the new friends from this celebration;
