Bessie Bottler, (Soc) Peacefully, on Saturday, June 30, 2001, at Maimonides Hospital, Montreal. Beloved daughter of the late Martin and the late Sonia Bottler. Devoted sister of Beatrice and Syd Solomons of Toronto, Jack and Helen Bottler of St. Thomas, the late Sarah and the late Abe Bronstein and the late Saul Bottler and Sarah Stone. Loving aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. Bessie endured 90 years, 75 of which were spent hospitalized. Many thanks to the staff of Maimonides for all their kindness, and particularly to her caregiver Sima Alegria Ben Shabat, and cousin Zelda Mayoff. After all her suffering, Bessie is finally at rest. Graveside Service took place at the Hebrew Sick Cemetery, Montreal, on Sunday, July 1, 2001. Shiva at 81 Ridelle Ave., Toronto.
