Cheryl Mayoff and Richard Navarrete engagement

Congratulations to Texans Cheryl Mayoff and Richard Navarrete (above) on their December 2001 engagement.  Our kudos to Richard for alerting the family of his intentions of asking Cheryl in front of the web cam in Times Square.  Friends and relatives all around the country watched from their homes as Richard got down on one knee and proposed to a surprised Cheryl and the applause of onlookers.
